Publish a trust center

Publish a curated security snapshot and control access to reviewed sharing documents without exposing the internal workspace.

Publish

  1. Open Settings → Trust center as an administrator.
  2. Draft the public security and privacy statements.
  3. Preview the draft and verify each public claim.
  4. Add only approved sharing copies of documents.
  5. Publish the reviewed snapshot.

The current page is available at /published/latest. Publishing also creates a dated URL under /published/. Each new publication replaces the previous dated URL; old URLs and withdrawn content return 404. The stable alias follows the current publication and ignores unpublished draft changes.

Restricted documents

Review access requests before approving them. A public page or framework label does not grant access to restricted documents.

Do not publish raw evidence, private privacy-register records, credentials or unapproved certification claims. Sharing copies are separate from the internal originals.

Verify

Open the published page without an application session and test both public and restricted document behavior. For Access-mode installations, review the public-path exceptions so the login gate does not intercept the public page.

Use Unpublish to withdraw the current snapshot.
