Create a read token
Grant a dedicated Sentry token these scopes:
org:read
member:read
project:read
alerts:readEnter the organization slug and the correct API base URL: https://sentry.io, https://us.sentry.io or https://de.sentry.io.
Select production projects
Configure the production project slugs and the administrator-count threshold. Run the connection check, select the relevant supplemental checks and collect evidence.
Review organization membership, MFA information and production alert configuration on the affected controls.
Retain operational proof
An alert rule's configuration does not prove that notifications were delivered or that someone triaged an incident. Retain delivery tests, incident records and review decisions separately.
