1. Who these terms are with
Sparta is provided by Marathon Digital Pte Ltd., Singapore (Marathon, we, us). These terms apply to the Sparta website, purchases and installation service. The Software License governs use of the software itself; the Privacy Notice explains our handling of personal data.
If you act for an organization, you must have authority to place its order and accept these terms. Your organization is responsible for the people it authorizes to use its installation.
2. Editions and payment
ISO 42001 is available as a free edition. The full edition costs US$799 as a one-off purchase and covers ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type I and Type II, ISO 42001, GDPR and Singapore PDPA. SOC 2 Type I and Type II are grouped as one framework domain.
Stripe processes payment. Review the total, currency and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before paying. Cloudflare hosting, connected providers and other third-party charges are separate from the software purchase.
Yearly renewal for updates is optional. You can keep using the version delivered to you without renewing. Any renewal offer must show its price and coverage before you choose it; this one-off purchase is not an automatic annual subscription.
3. Your Cloudflare installation
A Cloudflare account with Workers Paid and R2 enabled is required: Sparta is deployable only to Cloudflare. Your usage and chosen features may incur Cloudflare or other provider charges.
The setup service uses your purchase or free-edition email to provide a private sign-in link. Installation requires your authorization to create and configure resources in your chosen Cloudflare account. Review the permissions Cloudflare presents before authorizing access.
The setup service installs an available published release and currently provisions one installation per order. Contact us before starting a replacement installation. You are responsible for your Cloudflare account, administrator access, configuration, backups and ongoing operation.
4. Authorized use and your content
Use Sparta lawfully and only with systems and information you are entitled to access. You are responsible for permissions, notices and other requirements that apply to employee, customer or supplier data you put into your workspace.
Do not interfere with the website or setup service, bypass access controls, share private installation credentials, misrepresent a purchase or use the service to gain unauthorized access to another account. Your software-use rights and restrictions are set out in the Software License.
Your organization retains its rights in its policies, evidence and other content. A purchase does not give Marathon ownership of that content. Connecting a provider or publishing a trust center is a decision you make for your installation.
5. No refunds
Purchases and optional update renewals are non-refundable. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, including where you decide not to deploy or renew.
This policy does not exclude a refund or another remedy that applicable law requires. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated or otherwise subject to a mandatory remedy, contact hello@marathon.sh with your order details.
A refunded or reversed payment can remove eligibility for setup and related purchase services. It does not automatically delete resources or evidence in your Cloudflare account.
6. Compliance outcomes and service limits
Sparta organizes evidence and supports compliance work. It is not an auditor, legal adviser or certification body. Framework coverage, a readiness percentage or a generated document does not establish certification, an audit opinion or legal compliance. You must review outputs and decide whether your evidence and procedures meet your obligations.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific audit result or compatibility with every third-party service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software and setup service are provided as available, without additional implied warranties. No support response time, managed hosting service or service-level commitment is included unless agreed separately in writing.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Changes and access
We may update these pages and the website or setup service. The updated date identifies the current text. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights granted for a completed purchase; any material change to an existing agreement requires a lawful basis.
We may restrict website or setup access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, a security incident or misuse. This is separate from the right to keep using a lawfully licensed version without an optional update renewal.
8. Singapore law and contact
Singapore law governs these terms. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that gives you rights or access to another forum.
For Sparta purchases, installation questions or a concern about these terms, contact Marathon Digital Pte Ltd. at hello@marathon.sh.
